Meals: a taste of Rajasthan
Meals are concocted by my daughter-in-law, Gayatri, and by my youngest son, Gajendra.
They are served around our convivial table and constitue privileged moments of exchange.
Our purely vegetarian traditional food is mainly prepared from our organic garden products.
Enjoying our homemade dishes, rich in spices without being hot, will enable you to discover the local flavours.
Gajendra also proposed cookery classes (at Apani Dhani or even online) to introduce you to this facet of our culture.
Kindly note that we do not serve alcohol and ask our guests, as a matter of courtesy, not to consume any on our premises.
